Future of Leadership Business Breakfast
It was great for GenAnalytics Director, Dr Lesley Sawers OBE, to participate in The Herald’s Future of Leadership Business Breakfast in Glasgow this week. The event was held in the offices of law firm CMS with speakers and panellists drawn from a range of sectors including law, professional services, manufacturing, food and drink, and financial services.
Key themes on the day focussed on the importance of leading by example, inspiring multi-generational workplaces, embedding a culture that fosters honesty and integrity and building trust with colleagues.
